We're all waiting for news as to when visa interviews can start again!

While restrictions in the UK have been relaxed, and travel for work is now allowed, the US Embassy is still closed for visa interviews (with very limited exceptions).
The closure of the Embassy for routine visa appointments since March 2020 has resulted in large backlogs and at this time we haven't heard from them how they plan to address this.
So far, there is no firm update from the embassy as to when visa interviews will resume, but we expect to receive more information in the next couple of weeks. We know this has been an immensely frustrating time for everyone, and the embassy has to consider the safety of their staff first and foremost.
We know they are doing everything they can to get things moving as soon as possible and will update our News page as soon as we get some firm information.
