We encourage applicants to prioritize their academic and career goals over a geographic preference, however participants can communicate a location preference of interest. Internships are sourced based on internship goals across our network of employers in more than 15 locations, including:

This program contains 200-240 internship hours in total. That breaks down to 25-30 hours/week. This is a great option for students whom wish to have an intensive professional development experience which is nearly full-time in nature.
This program contains 200-240 internship hours in total. That breaks down to 16-20 hours/week. This is a great option for students whom may also be taking courses in the semester and want to have a part-time internship experience.
Workshops
Virtual workshops compliment the internship experience by offering different perspectives on professional development and the changing world of work. Workshops will be facilitated by CIEE Staff and global experts during the internship period. Workshops are coordinated for each program duration, so speakers and topics are subject to change.
